This website is provided by St. Louis Garage Door Help to help homeowners in the greater St. Louis metro area request garage-door service. By using this site and submitting a request, you agree to the terms described here.

No Guarantee of Service or Arrival Times

Submitting a request does not guarantee service, a specific response time, or an arrival time. We review each request and, if it is within the service area and a service we handle, we coordinate the appropriate follow-up.

Pricing

Many garage-door problems require more information before an accurate price can be given. We do not provide final pricing without reviewing the situation. Any estimate provided is not a final quote unless expressly stated.

Communication Consent

By providing your phone number on a service-request form, you authorize St. Louis Garage Door Help to contact you by phone call and/or text message at that number regarding your service request. Contact may be made using an automated system. Message and data rates may apply.

You are not required to provide consent as a condition of any purchase, and consent applies specifically to communications about your service request unless you separately opt in to other messaging.
